Minimally Invasive Management of an Advanced Abdominal Pregnancy

Abstract: This report demonstrates successful minimally invasive management of an advanced abdominal pregnancy with a multimodal approach that included preoperative arterial embolization, laparoscopically assisted delivery, and judicious use of postoperative methotrexate.
