Abstract:This minitrack program includes six papers which cover a broad range of research addressing the characteristics, development, implementation, and uses of e-Gov services and systems. Descriptive and prescriptive frameworks, as well as comparative studies are welcome. Overall, they reflect both the progress that many governments have made in developing and expanding the scope of eservices, as well as the important problems and research issues still to be resolved.
