miR-1268a regulates ABCC1 expression to mediate temozolomide resistance in glioblastoma

Abstract: Through RNA-seq analysis, we discovered miR-1268a and elucidated its role in modulating TMZ-resistance of GBM cells by targeting ABCC1.
