Mizoribine is as Effective as Methotrexate for the Treatment of Polymyalgia Rheumatica: A Retrospective Case Series Analysis

Abstract: Objectives: This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of mizoribine (MZR) as a steroid-sparing agent compared to methotrexate (MTX) in the treatment of polymyalgia rheumatica in elderly patients.
