Ito et al [12] reported that the FWHM of the Kα 21 peak, which includes the satellite lines corresponding to the Kα 2 line, shows a different aspect from that of the Kα 11 peak, corresponding to a Kα 1 line, that may be ascribed to the L 2 -L 3 M 4,5 Coster-Kronig transitions.…”
