Emotional abuse (mobbing) or psychological harassment behaviors that cause organizational and individual demolitions are implemented systematically, aiming to intimidate, subjugate and transform the victim into a respectful individual.However, all of these behaviors are implemented using immoral and difficult.These pressures, which are realized outside the consent of the individual, decreases the general view of life, subjective well-being, happiness and life satisfaction. This study was carried out to investigate the effect of emotional abuse on employees' life satisfaction in fastfood restaurants and cafes in Burdur province. In addition, the relationship between these two concepts was made in order to reveal the relationship. In this context, the data collected from 203 employees were analyzed with SPSS 22 package program. According to the findings, a meaningful and negative relationship was found between the psychological mobbing and life satisfaction. Also between personal reputation injurious behavior, Inhibition of people to prove himself and life satisfaction. These variables also significantly and negatively affect life satisfaction.In addition to these findings, no significant difference was found in terms of gender of participants. It is determined that the behaviors that damage the quality of life and professional reputation are significantly higher in the organizations where there are female managers.
