Mode localized artificial hair sensor with enhanced linearity applied for dual-axis air flow sensing

Abstract: The weakly coupled resonators based on mode localization are promising in emerging signal measurement fields due to the verified relative mechanical sensitivity enhancement and exceptional ambient robustness.
