This study aims to find out what madrasa strategies are in increasing the competence of graduate students in facing the globalization era at MAN 1 Pekanbaru and the factors that influence it. The informants in this study were school principals, curricula deputy heads, teachers and students of MAN 1 Pekanbaru. The madrasa strategy in increasing the competence of graduate students in facing the era of globalization at MAN 1 Pekanbaru is; 1) Changing the curriculum by adding material related to globalization; 2) Increasing the competence of teacher professionalism; 3) Changing the mindset of the teacher; 4) Improving the quality of madrasas; 5) Evaluate learning activities. Based on the results of observations, interviews, and documentation, it was found that the madrasah challenges were; 1) There is globalization; 2) Shifting educational paradigm; 3) Low public trust in madrasah productivity; 4) IT-based learning; 5) Curriculum changes; 6) Competence of madrasah graduates; 7) human resources produced by madrasas; 8) Network and collaboration of madrasah graduates.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan Kompetensi, Pelatihan Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada PT Mitra Global Prima Kota Cimahi. Metodelogi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Dengan populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sedangkan analisis data dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kompetensi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Secara parsial Pelatihan Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dan secara parsial Kepuasan Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Dan secara simultan Kompetensi, Pelatihan Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Mitra Global Prima Kota Cimahi.

This research aims to reconceptualize Islamic higher education in the region from Paulo Freire's perspective. The focus is on Paulo Freire's educational philosophy, the portrait of higher education in the region, and its reconstruction. The method used in this research is the library research method. The results showed the Freire's formulation of educational philosophy is that education introduced as the education for the oppres, namely educational system is constructed mutually with the oppressed them selves. The education system used to negate an education system which was oriented towards mastery or dominance. Awareness is the core of philosophical process offered by Freire because its human liberation and humanization can only be carried out if individuals or groups in a society are real aware of the reality of themselves and the world around them. Constructively, Islamic higher education in the regions is expected to be able to reorient towards quality aspects that go hand in hand with accessibility, which is a main part of regional government programs in the context of investing in human resources. Furthermore, the higher education curriculum is expected to be able to accommodate contemporary developments through the principles of independent learning on independent campuses by prioritizing the basic principles of humanist education, as in Paulo Freire's educational philosophy.
