The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of teacher work motivation on teaching and learning outcomes at SMA Semen Padang. The population of this study were all teachers and employees at SMA Semen Padang. A sample of 35 respondents was taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely determining the sample by taking a sample or data source with certain considerations, for example the person is considered to know what we expect best, or he is the ruler making it easier for researchers. to obtain the required information. Researchers used a questionnaire as a tool to collect data. Based on the hypothesis in this study, it is suspected that teacher work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teaching and learning outcomes at Semen Padang High School. The data analysis method that the authors used in this study were validity test, reliability test, variable descriptive analysis test, simple linear regression analysis, t test and F test) on teaching and learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the probability value of the significance of teacher work motivation of 0.000 which smaller than 0.05. From the F test it can be concluded that the regression model can be used to predict teacher work motivation which has a positive and significant effect on teaching and learning outcomes with a significant probability value generated of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05.

Introduction/Main Objectives: The purpose of the study is to explore the effects of charismatic leadership teachers in fostering the quality of graduates. Background Problems: Not all teachers establish a close relationship and have an appeal that can affect the learners in the form of thoughts, feelings and behavior in the form of new characters and have the competencies required for entrenched in daily life. Novelty: The importance of developing a closeness teachers and learners emotionally so that the effect on the formation of character and competence of the learners can be achieved. Research Methods: The method used is literature study by analyzing the various articles related to the focus of the research. Data collection use documentation study with the analysis of the data through the data collection, data reduction, and conclusion making. Finding/Results: The results of the study (1) the effect of charismatic leadership can develop a sense of trust and a strong bond between students and teachers without terms for shaping the character of the new positive to be better, (2) learners with a vengeance because of his loyalty dare to do the formation of behavior and increase the competence for the needs of his life in the present and future, (3) motivate learners to have the ideals that are higher and greater ability to achieve these ideals. Conclusion: Teachers who have integrity, hard work, respect and accountability will be emulated by the students as the effect of charismatic leadership.

This concept paper was conducted aimed at identifying the instructional leadership practices of headmaster and their relationship with primary school teacher motivation. Hallinger and Murphy's (1985) instructional leadership models and Herzbeg's (1959) Two Factor Theory were used to discuss the relationships between these variables. The findings of previous studies found that the practice of instructional leadership has a relationship with the motivation of teachers who are the implementing group in determining the excellence of an educational organization. Headmasters are seen to take less role as instructional leaders who should be able to motivate teachers in improving the quality of teaching and learning. The implications of this concept paper can help the Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE), State Education Department (JPN) and District Education Office (PPD) in strengthening the education policy formulated in terms of instructional leadership practices and training aspects to re-evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of each leadership style practiced. This study is very useful to be used as a reference for headmasters, teachers and to add to the research literature related to instructional leadership practices and its relationship with teacher motivation. In conclusion, this study shows that instructional leadership of leaders is very relevant implemented in schools and becomes one of the leadership styles that need to be given focus to administrators in schools throughout Malaysia.
