Model Motivasi Kerja Guru Berdasarkan Signifikasi Tugas dan Pengalaman Psikologi

Abstract: Purpose-Based on Job Characteristics Theory (JCT), the study examined direct and indirect precursors of task significance and psychological experiences to explain teacher work motivation.
