Model supervisi klinis berfokus multikultural: supervisi hubungan interpersonal konselor dan staf kependidikan

Abstract: Kolaborasi kinerja antara konselor dengan guru atau staf kependidikan sangat dibutuhkan dalam penyelenggaraan layanan bimbingan dan konseling bagi siswa. Kolaborasi yang terjalin ini perlu disupervisi, salah satunya dengan menggunakan supervisi klinis berfokus multibudaya.
