Behavioral counseling is one technique of theory-based therapy, behavior-focused learning in-demand individuals and helping counselees learn to act in-demand new to solving problems through action-oriented techniques. The subjects in this study were ten Islamic elementary school fifth-grade students identified as having low discipline. The data was obtained from the documentation on the card violation students recommended by the guidance counselor at school. Discipline-level students have seen many score rule violations in schools on the card violation student. The higher the score rule violation in school, the lower-level discipline students obey the school rules. On the contrary, more and more low score violations against the rules of the school, then the higher level discipline students in obeying the school rules. This research aims to test the implementation of counseling group behavior in helping increase discipline students in obeying Islamic elementary school rules. The data collection method used in this study is the test. This research is a pre-experimental design study with a one-group pre-test and posttest design model. The subjects in this study were ten fifth-grade Islamic elementary school students with current levels of discipline until low adherence to the school rules. The data analysis technique used in this study is a non-parametric analysis using the sign test with a level of 5% significance. Results of data analysis obtained that there is influence from application counseling group behavior for increase discipline students in obeying the rules school in fifth-grade elementary school students.

Professional ethics and competence of professional guidance and counseling counselors is a very important part of his life and work as a guidance and counseling teacher (counselor). The purpose of this research is to find out about the understanding of school counselors about the ethics and competence of professional counselors. This research method is a qualitative phenomenology in which to get accurate information directly to the counseling teacher by conducting observations and interviews. the objects in this study were 2 (two) counseling guidance teachers. the result of his research is that school counselors must have ethics and competence as the foundation of their profession. Professional counselors need to have a strong desire and determination to help others and have the positive attitude to see their clients as people with different values, religious teachings, cultures, and backgrounds. Counselors must have full responsibility, self-control and emotional stability, and be fully aware of differences in values, religions, cultures and beliefs. _____________________________________________________________ Etika profesi dan kompetensi konselor bimbingan dan konseling profesional merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan dan pekerjaannya sebagai seorang guru bimbingan dan konseling (konselor). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang pemahaman konselor sekolah tentang etika dan kompetensi konselor profesional. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif fenomenologi dimana untuk mendapatkan informasi yang akurat langsung kepada guru bimbingan konseling dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara. objek dalam penelitian ini adalah 2 (dua) orang guru bimbingan konseling. hasil penelitiannya adalah konselor sekolah harus memiliki etika dan kompetensi sebagai landasan profesinya. Konselor profesional perlu memiliki keinginan dan tekad yang kuat untuk membantu orang lain dan memiliki sifat positif untuk melihat kliennya sebagai orang yang berbeda nilai, ajaran agama, budaya, dan latar belakang. Konselor harus memiliki tanggung jawab penuh, pengendalian diri dan kestabilan emosi, serta menyadari sepenuhnya perbedaan nilai, agama, budaya dan kepercayaan.

Confidence is a belief that exists in humans who perceive life's challenges to be faced. Confidence has a very meaningful role in the process of life. One can miss various opportunities if one is not confident. The crisis of confidence is one of the biggest obstacles to action. Not only hesitate to act, even to the point of not acting. The purpose of this study is to provide tips for counselors in providing counseling to students who lack self-confidence. This research method is a literature study by collecting a number of literature in the form of books, journals that are relevant to the problem and objectives. The result of this research is that counseling can increase students' selfconfidence if they pay attention to the quality of the counselor's relationship with the client. The quality of the counselor's relationship with the client plays a very important role which can be seen from the counselor's ability in four, congruence, unconditional positive attention, and respect for students.
