Modelling the Severity of Plastic Shrinkage in Cementitious Materials

Abstract: Plastic shrinkage cracking in cement-based materials occurs between the mixing and the final setting of the mixture, where rapid evaporation of the mixed water is the main cause behind the phenomenon.
