Models for anti-tumor activity of bisphosphonates using refined topochemical descriptors

Abstract: An in silico approach comprising of decision tree (DT), random forest (RF) and moving average analysis (MAA) was successfully employed for development of models for prediction of anti-tumor activity of bisphosphonates.
