Abstract:Arterial hypertension (AH) remains the one of the major cardiovascular diseases in the adult population and a major factor in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular morbidity and mortality. Drug therapy of hypertension leads to a reduction of cardiovascular risk by affecting blood pressure.
