With the increase of global population and seafood consumption, aquaculture is becoming more and more important for meeting global seafood demands. In the past decade, aquaculture production increased from 52.5 million tons in 2008 to 82.1 million tons in 2018. The estimated value of aquaculture production increased from USD 98.4 billion in 2008 to USD 250 billion in 2018. 1 Crustaceans contribute to 9.4 (11.4%) million tons of production, worth USD 69.3 billion in 2018. 1 However, disease problems have always been the restricting factor of crustacean culture, and has become the most significant hazard factor, causing substantial economic losses. The outbreak of crustacean diseases results from the invasion of external pathogens, the decline of animal immunity, and environmental stress. In particular, the deterioration of aquaculture environment can inhibit the immune system and increase the susceptibility of
