configuration. Frequency tuning of the dual-band response has been achieved by changing the dimensions of the patches. The experiments have been carried out which are in good agreement with the theoretical results. These configurations can be used for various broadband and dual-band applications, especially for requirements of shaped radiation patterns where the E-plane beam width is required to be almost half of that in the H-plane.
