Modulatory Effects of Dexrazoxane Against Genotoxicity and Lipid Peroxidation Induced by Idarubicin in HepG2 Cells

Abstract: Background: Idarubicin is an anthracycline antibiotic drug widely used in chemotherapy. Dexrazoxane is an iron chelator used clinically against anthracyclines-induced cardiotoxicity.
