“…The pursuit of perfection, strict work discipline, reliability are traditionally considered necessary qualities of a good employee, but in fact, it is a direction aimed not at internal success, but at strict and indisputable compliance with the requirements of the professional environment. Studies have shown that perfectionism positively correlates with the risk of experiencing professional burnout syndrome [16,6,18]. Burnout is caused by a disturbed balance between the performance of impeccable professional tasks and maintenance of one's mental health, between individual energy expenditure and the subjective worrying about the significance of one's professional achievements.…”
