Molecular and Serological Detection of Piroplasms in Horses from Nigeria

Abstract: Equine piroplasmosis, an economically important disease of equids caused by the hemoprotozoan parasites Theileria equi, T. haneyi, and Babesia caballi, has a worldwide distribution.
