Abstract:Background: Antibiotic resistance emerged as clinical problem challenge the effective treatment of infections. Virulence factor may play an important role in the influence of antimicrobial resistance.
Objective: To determine the frequency of resistance gene in E. coli clinical isolates from women with urinary tract infection.
