Monitoring of qualification improvement programmes: learning transfer to practice model

Abstract

The article actualizes the issue of the effectiveness of qualification improvement programmes, presents a four-level model for monitoring the learning transfer into practice, which aims to highlight the factors of the program‘s effectiveness. An effective qualification improvement program is considered to be one that creates conditions for the learning transfer into pedagogical practice. Based on this model, the case analysis of the monitoring of the X qualification improvement program revealed that the model creates prerequisites for the monitoring of the qualification improvement programs and the evaluation of their effectiveness.
