Monoclonal gammopathies: Electronic subspecialty consultation

Abstract: E-consult is a helpful mechanism for the evaluation of MGUS, reducing the need for outpatient appointments. However, timely risk stratification and persistent surveillance over time are critical for e-consult to work well.
