Non-conventional crystallization techniques have been developed in recent years. Non-conventional crystallization techniques use primary structural elements (for example, clusters) rather than atoms and molecules. Modern nanomaterial science is going through great changes as an entirely new approach of non-conventional growth mechanisms is emerging due to cluster coupling, catalyzing interest in cluster physics. The formation of fractal and percolation clusters has increased. We carried out step-by-step modeling and an experimental study of the formation of fractal and percolation clusters based on tin dioxide and silicon dioxide and formed by sol–gel technology. In this paper, the growth of fractal aggregates (clusters) from sol particles SnO2 and SiO2 based on the modified models of diffusion-limited and cluster–cluster aggregation is discussed. A percolation model using simulated fractal clusters of SnO2 and SiO2 particles is proposed. Experimental data on the sol–gel percolation structure of porous nanocomposites are presented. The modeling of SnO2 and SiO2 particles, which also consist of clusters (the next step in the hierarchy), is shown. We propose a generalized hierarchical three-dimensional percolation cluster model that allows calculating the surface area, knowing the experimental sizes of macropores and taking into account the micro- and mesopores (sizes less than a few nanometers).

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of teaching the discipline "Descriptive geometry" in the conditions of distance learning, it examines the application of information technologies in the educational process in geometric and graphic disciplines. Increasing the speed of information processes, reducing the number of hours for mastering the discipline. the conditions of distance learning set new tasks for teachers and dictate their requirements for teaching graphic disciplines and the use of teaching experience in a new reality; there is a need to introduce and develop new forms of education without losing the quality of education. Geometric-graphic disciplines occupy one of the important places in technical education, the complexity of the study of which lies in the development of a graphical representation of phenomena, objects and processes by methods of constructive geometric modeling. The knowledge and skills acquired by students contribute to the development of spatial, imaginative and rational thinking, which is necessary for future professional activities. Descriptive geometry is a discipline that is not easy to master on your own without a conscious understanding of the logic and sequence of geometric constructions, without deep knowledge of theoretical foundations and constant, repeated implementation of practical tasks. The acquisition of practical skills in mastering the methods of discipline has become more difficult in the current epidemiological situation. In modern conditions of distance learning, the use of the Simplex geometric modeling system made it possible to develop and propose a new concept of geometric-graphic interaction, which significantly reduced the time for completing and checking educational tasks in real time. The proposed technology reveals the deep informational essence of the studied discipline "Descriptive Geometry" and becomes a powerful research tool for students. The integration of traditional teaching methods in the graphic preparation of students with computer and communication facilities increases the possibilities of communication and improves the quality of teaching.

The question of teaching staff readiness to digitalize the educational process is considered in this paper. Digital education is a prerequisite for training of specialists meeting the requirements for the XXI century digital economy. There are a number of challenges in introducing digital learning, including those in engineering education. Digitalization of the technical subject area is very costly process that has its own specifics and requires developers to possess not only professional competencies related to a particular discipline, but also to be advanced in the arear of information and communication technologies. Besides modern teaching and laboratory facilities, and computer systems for various purposes, an important condition for promoting of digitization in subject teaching is teaching staff willingness to improve their teaching skills along with fluency in modern digital technologies. As an example of subject teaching, in this paper are considered informatization and digitalization of basic geometric and graphic training for students at technical higher education institutes. The analysis is carried out from the point of view related to preparation of the academic teaching staff for creation and implementation of the educational environment that meets the requirements for dynamically developing design as a type of engineering activity. The scheme for realization of mixed learning has been presented, which introduction is determined by students' individual work implementation, and the process of students' online geometric-graphic training during self-isolation for COVID-19 prevention has been described. An analysis of teacher's activity content increase in the full online training mode has been carried out. Has been presented a set of practical measures acting to raise the chair’s teaching staff qualification and providing readiness to solving urgent problems of students’ learning through the digital educational environment. As a conclusion of the study, it is stated that in digitalization conditions the most successful form for implementing of basic geometric and graphic training is the form of blended learning.
