Morphology and molecular phylogeny of the marine diatom genus Nagumoea (Bacillariophyceae) from Japan

Abstract: SUMMARYThe canal‐bearing diatom genus Nagumoea, described based on only morphological evidence, was tentatively assigned to the order Bacillariales, although its phylogenetic position remained unclear.
