Mucosal delivery of cytotoxic therapeutic agents: Response of rat nasal mucosa to microencapsulated ethopropazine HCl enantiomer

Abstract: Use of microencapsulation technology in combination with absorption enhancers eliminated epithelium irritation and necrosis commonly associated with nasal delivery of cytotoxic therapeutic agents.
