Multi-Criteria optimization of surface roughness in wire EDM of Inconel 718 by Taguchi based gray relational analysis method

Abstract: Bu çalışmada, Inconel 718 (IN718) süperalaşımının CNC tel erozyon tezgâhında işlenmesi sonucunda malzeme kesim yüzeyinde ölçülen Ra (ortalama yüzey pürüzlülüğü), Rq (kuadratik ortalama pürüzlülük) ve Rz (maksimum pürüzlülük) değerleri üzerinde işleme parametrelerinin etkileri araştırılmıştır. İşleme parametreleri; tel erozyon tezgâhı değişkenlerinden gerilim, tel ilerleme hızı ve dielektrik sıvı basıncı olarak belirlenmiştir.
