Multi-organ embolism caused by oscillating aortic valve vegetation

Abstract: Introduction: Valvular vegetation is often due to rheumatic heart disease and infective endocarditis. However, multi-arterial embolism can happen in older patients with no history of infection, fever, and cardiac symptoms.
