Past studies have found that there are constraints on teachers in developing teaching and learning (TnL) resources to implement STEM education in the classroom. Based on this issue, this research has developed a platform containing a variety of STEM TnL resource materials that focus on the field of Discrete Mathematics learning. This field of study is an area of learning in KSSM Mathematics for form four students. It encompasses three titles, namely Logical Reasoning, Operations on Sets, and Network in Graph Theory. Discrete Mathematics was the focus in the development of this platform as it is often considered difficult for students to understand. Additionally, as teachers find it challenging to find suitable learning materials to get students to be more interested. The wide range of TnL STEM source materials contained in this platform makes it easier for teachers to choose and apply them in TnL. The ADDIE model was used as the development model for this platform. This model is among the most systematic and effective development models, consisting of five phases, i.e. analysis, design, and development, implementation, and evaluation. The platform was developed using an interactive multimedia medium that makes learning fun for students.

The development of digital systems in learning is gaining attention at, significantly higher education level. Through the digital world, technological innovation makes social life and everyday lifestyle more accessible than ever before. The use of technology has a positive impact on lifestyle and has a positive impact on education. This study aims to obtain experts’ consensus on the appropriate and accurate elements to be included in the I-Aqran module as an approach to Arabic vocabulary consolidation in the learning of UiTM students. This study uses the Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM), in which experts’ views and consensus on the six primary constructs containing 34 tested items are produced. Fifteen (15) experts were selected from seven (7) educational institutions in Malaysia as a study sample. The findings show that these experts arrived at a consensus on 27 tested items in which they have a mean score and experts’ evaluation of less than the threshold value(d) ≤ 0.2. The percentage of these experts’ consensus also shows that 27 items tested are above the value of 75%, while seven remaining tested items prove otherwise and therefore rejected. All items that gained experts’ consensus are then listed down in tables based on sequence ranking and its relation from least important to most important items. This study can benefit not only lecturers and students for Arabic vocabulary consolidation but also the developer of learning modules in transforming education through collaboration with interactive technology.

A study was conducted to identify the effects of using a virtual learning environment compared to using a typical conventional classroom environment in improving the moderate achievement of children for Malay grammar. A quasi-experimental design involved 56 Year Five children, divided into one control group (28 children) and one treatment group (28 children). The study also focused on the effects of the environment on the children's' interest based on their experiences. Questionnaire instrument was used, and quantitative analyses were conducted using pre-test and post-test and. The t-test results showed that there were significant differences between the control group and the treatment group. In conclusion, the virtual learning environment has significant effects on the achievement and interest of the children when compared to the other group that learned in a typical conventional classroom environment.
