Multimethode zur Bestimmung der R�ckst�nde von Chemotherapeutika, Antiparasitika und Wachstumsf�rderern in Lebensmitteln tierischer Herkunft

Abstract: Nitrofurans and dinitrocarbanilide are extracted from food according to the multiresidue method and detected by Reversed-phase-HPLC with UV-detection at 360 nm. Records of the UV-spectra confirm the results qualitatively. Possibilities for further confirmation are discussed. Substances in amounts below 0.01 mg/kg can only be determined with particular care.
