Multiple total hip arthroplasties in refractory immune thrombocytopenic purpura

Abstract: Rationale:Refractory immune thrombocytopenic purpura (RITP) manifests as low platelet count, with a high risk of hemorrhage, treatment difficulty, and high mortality. Total hip arthroplasty (THA) in RITP is rarely reported.
