Multiplex bacterial PCR in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of non-intubated patients with suspected pulmonary infection: a quasi-experimental study

Abstract: BackgroundEarly pathogen identification in pulmonary infection is crucial to guide antibacterial therapy and decrease length of hospital stay.
