Multisensorisches Messsystem zur dreidimensionalen Inspektion technischer Oberflächen

Abstract: Zusammenfassung Um die Fertigungsqualität mechanischer Bauteile aus Kleinserienproduktionen sicherzustellen werden flexible Inspektionssysteme benötigt. Zur Erfüllung dieser Anforderungen wird in diesem Beitrag eine multiskalige Inspektionsstrategie und deren Implementierung an einem Demonstrator vorgestellt.
