“…1 H-15 N HSQC (Kay et al 1992) and CBCA(CO)NH, H(CCO)NH, HNCO, HNCACB (Grzesiek and Bax 1992) C(CO)NH and HCCH-TOCSY (Kay et al 1993) triple resonance experiments were collected in order to complete the 1 H, 13 C, and 15 N resonance assignments of UbcH7. A series of MUSIC experiments including LA (i + 1), S (i + 1) and TAVI (i + 1) were used to confirm the assignments for several residues (Schubert et al 2001). All data were processed using NMRPipe and NMRDraw (Delaglio et al 1995) and spectra were analyzed by NMRView (Johnson and Blevins 1994).…”
