Abstract:SUMMARY
351 rat fetuses between 16 and 22 days gestation were examined clinically, histologically and histochemically, including 165 with gross abnormalities after trypan blue induction of myelodysplasia. The usual varieties of gross abnormalities of the tail and spine were seen, but there was no consistent picture of fixed limb deformities. Histological appearance on H. & E. staining was normal.
