Myocardial Infarction njury Is Relatively Common at Presentation of Acute Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura: The Indiana University Experience

Abstract: Although widespread vascular thrombosis is common in thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP), there have been no prospective studies on the extent of injury to specific organs.
