¿Nadando contra corriente? Resistencias a la promoción de la conciliación en las universidades españolas

Abstract: La desigualdad entre mujeres y hombres sigue siendo un fenómeno persistente en el mundo académico, a pesar de la adopción de una variedad de medidas sensibles al género.
