Abstract:Anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) is well known for its nanoscopic structures and its applications in microfluidics, sensors and nanoelectronics. The pore density, the pore diameter, and the interpore distance of an AAO substrate can be controlled by varying anodization process conditions.
