Nanostructured extract of Schizandra chinensis and its use in the kefir production

Abstract: The paper presents the properties of a nanostructured Schisandra chinensis extract, determines selforganization and particle sizes using the NTA method. The use of nanostructured extract of Schisandra chinensis in the production of kefir showed that it can be used to obtain functional foods.
