Need assesment and design of e-modules to stimulate HOTS on dynamic fluid materials with the STEM approach

Abstract: Learning resources are very important in learning physics, then, the purpose of this study is to develop e modules with the STEM approach to stimulate students’ HOTS on Dynamic Fluid. The research method used is the research and development (R&D) with ADDIE models which have five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The first two stages of this article will be reported analysis and design stage. The instrument used was a product needs analysis questionnaire and the practit… Show more

“…Electronic modules based on self-directed learning (SDL) models effectively helps students understand the concept of dynamic fluids (Diansah and Asyhari 2020). The development of STEM dynamic fluid-based E-Modules has the potential to simulate students' HOTS (Sari and Suyatna 2021). Development of science literacy-based e-books on dynamic fluid topics (can be used to train skills in students (Kholiq & Khoiriah 2021).…”

“…Table 1 provides sufficient information that most articles published on e-modules come from Indonesia with affiliations, namely Padang State University, Lampung University, Jakarta State University, Lambung Mangkurat University, and Riau University. The study have been done in many topic likes disaster, chemistry, physics or about learning model (Aulyana & Fauzi, 2019;Fauzi, 2019;Nisak & Yulkifli, 2020;Noer et al, 2021;Sari & Suyatna, 2021). If we identify which countries or regions are included in producing countries in producing articles about e-modules, it will be seen in the visualization in Figure 4.…”
