Neglected Neck of Femur Fracture Managed by Surgical Hip Dislocation: A Case Report and Literature Review

Abstract: Introduction: Femoral neck fractures (FNFs) in young adults are relatively uncommon emergency that requires early diagnosis and management possible to prevents joint complications. Case Report: A 24-year-old male presented with a right hip pain for 3 months after a heavy physical exercise during military training.
