Newer Immunological Studies of the Aqueous Humor in Uveitis

Abstract: Uveitis is a disease with rather non specific clinical aspects, a microbiological etiology being demonstrated only rarely. Assuming that uveitis could be the result of an nonspecific immunological disorder, the authors have studied the levels of various immunoglobulins in the aqueous humor in uveitis, anterior and posterior, as well as in noninflamed eyes of cataract patients.
