Journalists play an essential role in society through their daily news practice. The news produced must be correct. Fair and balanced reporting makes an informed public. These elements are part of objectivity in the news. However, social media have challenged many aspects of journalism. With the emergence of social media platforms, journalists have become more prone to deviating from journalistic objectivity. Instantaneity has challenged many journalists to practice their journalistic work objectively via social media. This study aims to identify the challenges Jordanian journalists face in implementing objectivity on social media platforms. In-depth interviews were conducted with 11 journalists working in various Jordanian news organizations. Thematic analysis was used to reach the results. This study expands current knowledge on journalistic practice in Jordan, particularly on social media and objectivity in news reporting. Findings from this study suggest two main challenges faced by Jordanian journalists in their social media use. Firstly, journalists are challenged by the lack of clear guidelines and policies to separate official and personal views. Secondly, complex features embedded within social media settings along with the behavior of its users further add to the challenges faced by journalists in Jordan as they employ objectivity in news reporting. Purpose: The primary purpose of this paper is to investigate the green entrepreneurial inclination of youth and sustainable development in Sultanate of Oman. It has a secondary objective of stimulating more research in areas identified as still being under‐explored. Theoretical framework: Researchers in the field of entrepreneurial intentions identified that certain personality traits as mentioned by META which are crucial for entrepreneurial intentions. Afterwards, Entrepreneurial Potential Model (EPM), which focused over innovative skills was introduced to measure entrepreneurial intentions. Design/methodology/approach The paper is discursive using quantitative research methodology, based on analysis and synthesis of green entrepreneurial literature the framework was developed. The data has been collected from 384 students studying in Dhofar University and University and Technology and Applied Sciences, Salalah. Structural Equation modelling has been conducted to test the model. Findings: Despite a broad spectrum of disciplines that investigate green entrepreneurial inclination and despite this special issue in the area of entrepreneurship, there are still areas open for research into green entrepreneurial intentions. The paper develops a model to explain green entrepreneurial inclination. Research, Practical and Social implications: As empirical research, the study offers the benefit of new research directions for researchers/ universities in understanding and promoting the culture of green entrepreneurship among university students. Originality/Value; The paper links a significant body of literature within a unifying theoretical framework and identifies under‐researched areas of green entrepreneurial inclination of youth in an entrepreneurship context. Originality/vale: The research over sustainability has been conducted rarely in GCC region. however, particularly linking it with green entrepreneurial intentions with the help of universities has failed to get attention by the researchers as well as academicians.

هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس حجم توافر عناصر الحيادية والتوازن في المحتوى الإعلامي الذي ينتجه الصحفيون المحترفون في وسائل الإعلام الأردنية. وتحديدا ربط التصورات النظرية لدى الصحفيين عن مفهومي التوازن والحيادية بالممارسة الفعلية لما ينشرونه في الصحف على أرض الواقع. واستخدمت الدراسة أداة الاستبيان لقياس إدراك الصحفيين على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من 200 صحفي، كما استخدمت تحليل المضمون لقياس مدى توافر مفهومي الحيادية والتوازن على عينة عشوائية بسيطة تشتمل 188 تقريرا صحفياً نشرت في ثلاث صحف يومية مطبوعة هي الدستور والرأي والغد الأردنية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن 59% من الصحفيين يعتقدون أن الحيادية لها معاييرها التي تعتبر "مهمة جدا" في العمل الصحفي، كما يرى 43% أن التوازن الصحفي له معايير "مقبولة جداً" لدى ثقافة الصحفيين للمهنية. كما أشارت النتائج أن 87% من المواد الصحفية التي نشرت حققت معايير الحيادية في النشر لعدم إدخال الصحفيين آرائهم ومشاعرهم الشخصية في المحتوى، لكنها كانت في ذات الوقت "غير متوازنة" وبنسبة 72%. الدراسة قدمت تفسيرات لهذه النتائج وتوصيات وكذلك أبرز محددات الدراسة.
