Abstract:Orthostatic hypotension is one of the most troublesome symptoms in diabetic autonomic neuropathy. Some reports have suggested Pindolol -a beta-adrenoceptor antagonist with intrinsic sympathomimetic activity -to be effective in the treatment of this condition.
