Non‐oscillatory and non‐singular asymptotic solutions to stress fields at interface cracks

Abstract: This work concerns the complex oscillatory singularities revealed in Williams's asymptotic solutions to stress fields around arbitrary interface cracks, which are the foundation of phenomenological interface fracture mechanics.
