“…Ironically, Mythili and Devi (1982) found the opposite in their sample of college students: the expected inverse relationship to the F scale but not to MMPI Scale 7. Breskin, Gorman, and Hochman (1970) could not relate scores on the Questionnaire to their own test of rigidity, but in samples of college students, the Questionnaire scores were related positively to a measure of "security" (Ramamurti & Granakannan, 1972) and negatively to measures of perfectionism (Ferrari & Mautz, 1997) and "restraint" (Reiter, 1976). Among workers, the Questionnaire correlated positively with job status (de Frias & Schaie, 2001), with job satisfaction (Mahindra, 1996), and with self-reported autonomy, freedom, and innovation (de Frias & Schaie, 2001), but negatively with self-reported job "pressure" (Mahindra, 1996).…”
