“…Spectrophotometric scan experiments were executed by keeping the metal chelates at a constant molar concentration while changing the concentration of DNA. The absorption due to free CT‐DNA was removed through using equimolar CT‐DNA to formulate a buffer solution in the blank compartment and the spectra were considered to result from the metal chelates and the DNA–metal chelate aggregation .
