Furthermore, 38.1–58.4% of nurses report experiencing a high level of emotional exhaustion, 25.4–45.2% report experiencing a high level of depersonalization, and 24.6–48.6% report experiencing a high level of reduced personal accomplishment (Chen & Fang, ; Lu, Ruan, Xing, & Hu, ; Zhang et al., ).
