Abstract:BACKGROUND: In the context of community empowerment, the role of nurses as health workers is very important to transform the knowledge and skills of cadres. However, the support of nurses in empowering human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immune deficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS) health cadres has not been widely explained.
