“…Thus, it is necessary now more than ever to give special attention to the matter of the trust between the managers and the nursing team in therapeutic environments [ 19 ]. Although numerous studies have been done about the importance of relations in the health care systems, less attention has been paid to inter-professional relations between nurses and managers [ 4 , 15 , 18 , 20 , 21 ].
