Nutritional habits of 11–12-year-old swimmers against non-athlete peers – a pilot study

Abstract: Streszczenie Wprowadzenie. Ilość i jakość pokarmów spożywanych przez dziecko mają duży wpływ na jego rozwój biologiczny. Nawyki żywieniowe dzieci często odbiegają od standardów, propagowanych przez instytucje zdrowotne i szkołę. Dieta dziecka, zajmującego się sportem powinna być racjonalnie zaplanowana i przestrzegana.
