Nutritional traffic light and self-regulatory consumption: the role of emotions

Abstract: Purpose The purpose of this paper is to analyse how the nutritional traffic light can reduce consumers’ intention to purchase unhealthy food by eliciting negative emotions (i.e. fear and guilt).
